HapMap Protocols

The following protocols and procedures are used in the HapMap project:

• Data exchange & processing: how the DCC and genotyping centers exchange data in XML-format and the data subsequently get processed at the DCC and released.
• Assay design: assay design protocol information.
• Genotyping: genotyping protocol information.
• [Analysis: information on methods for analyzing project data will be posted here at a later date.]
