Registration and Lodging

To register, please retrieve and submit the registration form below to the Conference Manager, Melinda Gray, by Friday, February 25.

To register for the conference and/or to reserve your room at St. Anne's College, please complete the registration form located below by Friday, February 25 . St. Anne's College is located on Woodstock Road , Oxford OX2 6HS , Tel: +44 (0) 1865 274800, Fax: +44 (0) 1865 274899, and is only a short walk from the Oxford City Centre and the neighbouring Martin Wood Lecture Theatre. Recently completed new housing facilities offer Ensuite Rooms (single beds only), with private bathrooms and high-speed Internet access in each room. Reservations will be made for you based on the arrival and departure dates provided on your form and confirmation numbers will be forwarded to you in early March. Please include a credit card number and expiration for payment. Check-in for both lodging and registration for the meeting will begin 12 noon on Tuesday, March 15. As another group is expected that day, conference guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 9 a.m. on Friday, March 18, unless continued lodging has been requested in advance. Registration with Lodging. The registration fee to attend this event, to include lodging for the nights of March 15, 16, and 17; all breakfasts, lunches, and receptions during the conference; and a conference dinner on March 16, is £285

Please note that airfare from the U.S.A. to London is significantly less when a Saturday night stay is scheduled. Therefore, we have arranged accommodation at St Anne's College, on a first come, first served basis, prior to and following the conference. (The amount of accommodation for this purpose is limited.) The bed and breakfast rate for an additional night's lodging is £ 60.50 . Requests for additional night's lodging can be specifically requested on the registration form.

Registration without Lodging . Registration is also available for attendees who will not require lodging at St. Anne’s. This registration fee, which includes lunches, and receptions during the conference, and a conference dinner on March 16, is £85.
